Our firm is run by Mr Arif Hasan and Mrs Sadia Hasan. We operate as a husband and wife team. We are both qualified and regulated by the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner to provide advice and assistance in immigration matters.

​Sadia completed her law degree in 1994. She has worked in various high-profile organisations specialising in criminal and family law. In 2008, she joined her husband to work in immigration law.
